I take a collective approach to all my work. Gathering ceramics, textiles and my own paintings, I strive to connect the past to the future through a digital collage process. Images are then displayed on metals, acrylic glass or on archival papers.
I am a wife, mother, daughter, friend and artist who currently lives in Greenwich, CT. I am originally from New Orleans and my upbringing deeply influences my work. As a child, surrounded by architecture and works of art that held years of history, I connected to their beauty and the energy of the past. I questioned the stories of their makers, and found peace in their expression. On my journey of self discovery, my work continues to evolve and intersect at past and future.
